BY default the Service folder in your Library folder isn't created unless you've installed some services in the past. Surprised the app isn't taken that into account.
You can try creating the folder and see it that lets the app run.

- Open Finder
- Click Go in the top menu bar
- Press the option key this will cause the Library folder to appear in the list of folders.
- Select Library
- Do File->New Folder and enter Services as the folders name.
