I see that when trying to update apps in the app store, it says updates are unavailable with this Apple ID, and that the request could not be completed. The Apple ID is also greyed out. I completely understand how important it is to make sure that you can get all of your app updates.
You mentioned that you changed your Apple ID, please make sure that you are signed in with the Apple ID that originally downloads these apps. Go to App Store > Store > Sign Out. Then, sign in with the Apple ID that previously download these.
