I have a late 2013 iMac with Mac OS Mojave 10.14.2. I recently got a subscription to SiriusXM radio. I downloaded the Amazon Alexa app from the Apple App Store to my iPhone SE, and I can stream the tunes to the Echo Dot that is included with the subscription. If I'm understanding correctly, this particular app applies only to mobile devices. I can't seem to find one for the iMac on the Apple App Store.
Mail won't open or quit. Mail will not open or shut down. Tried shutting computer down and it says mail is canceling shutdown. To force quit, when you click on the mail app icon you will see your finder bar changes from finder to mail, click the apple icon and find force quit in the menu, select the mail app and tell it to force quit. I have the same problem with my Mac mini running Mojave.pissing me off. Every time I try to quit mail, it won’t unless I use the force quit method. Same with shut down.mail interrupts the action. I guess Im going to stop using the Mail app and use one of the Yahoo or gmail programs until Apple fixes this. After some Googling around, I found a reference to a free app called Reverb for Amazon's Alexa voice assistant that allows one to download it to an iMac. I'm unclear as to whether or not this particular app would allow me to access the SiriusXM network and play it through my computer.
My real question, though, has to do with whether or not anyone else has downloaded the Reverb app to be able to access SiriusXM via a non-mobile device, like an iMac or a Mac laptop. I don't want to try and download this thing if it is going to raise compatibility issues with my iMac.
