Nov 22, 2018 How to share pictures from the Photos app. The Photos app on Mac has made it easier than before to share your pictures. Just select the photos you want to share and click on the Share button in the top right-hand corner. You’ll see a list of options: Shared Albums; AirDrop; Messages; Notes; and more, depending on what apps and accounts you. Open an editable document on your Mac in PowerPoint or Word. Select where you want to insert the photo by right-clicking or control-clicking in the document. Under the name of the iOS device you'll use to take the photo, select Take Photo.

Where to find screenshots
By default, screenshots save to your desktop with the name ”Screen Shot [date] at [time].png.”
In macOS Mojave or later, you can change the default location of saved screenshots from the Options menu in the Screenshot app. You can also drag the thumbnail to a folder or document.
